New Beginnings and new direction

Going on a journey of learning 3D modeling and sculpting in order to create more interesting products in the near future. A lot of ideas and possibilities so I am excited for what’s to come out of this and be inspired to create product again.

As we embark on another journey I want to thank all of you that supported me from when I started this all these years ago. I wanted to start fresh with everything so the page reflects the energy I’m putting forth.

As I look ahead I have a newer vision for what I want to do with Very Alive and where I plan to take the brand.

I’m happy to share Very Alive has recently been officially registered and is now trademarked. With that I feel this is only the beginning to what the brand has to offer.

I will be concentrating on improving my products, innovating, and delivering on a mission of sustainability all while staying true to the artist and creator I was when I started off doing custom pieces and orders. I’m excited to see where this thing goes and hope you guys appreciate the journey if you choose to continue riding with me.

Let’s all strive for greatness.

Reset

At times one could feel caught up with self doubt, overthinking, and at time life could be a lot to deal with. It’s easy to be unmotivated and let thoughts consume you and let days pass you by. At some point you have to make the choice to do something to move you forward or you’ll stay in the same space your in.

Reset

Going through this process I realized it was time for a reset. A reset of focus, energy, and direction amongst many things. I switched to veryaliveco to go after my new focus of building this to a brand. That means taking on less custom projects and learning new skills and using those building blocks to energize where I want to take this brand. It’s time to get creative, show my art, show you a reflection of myself through the brand and watch me grow with this brand. It will be a journey but let’s enjoy the ride 🤟🏾

Dope concept I made for the competition by &

Really liked what they were doing and using this as a tribute to their late friend and everything they do with The Ben Raemers Foundation. Really dope and aligns with my view of very alive where we keep those we lost in our hearts and always here with us through our own spirit and creativity.

For this design I went with a nod to my hometown and created what I don the Dunk Hi “Metrocard..” A staple to everyday commuters that’s been around for ages like this one that’s been in my wallet since the 90s lol. My mom also has a ill collection from her days working for the MTA so it only felt right!
