Filled with delicious recipes, seasonal inspiration and personal stories from her home, gardens and kitchen, it's a true celebration of food, family and the simple pleasures of home.

We're delighted to welcome Clodagh McKenna back to The Pavilion this Saturday, from 12.30pm–2pm for a special signing of her brand-new book, Clodagh at Home.

Inspired by her home and farm, Broadspear, and her new television series, the book brings together over 120 recipes, seasonal menus and stories from her gardens, farm and kitchen. From everyday cooking to entertaining family and friends, it's full of inspiration for living beautifully all year round.

Few trees capture the beauty of Autumn quite like Japanese Maples (Acer Palmatum). 🍁

With their graceful silhouettes, delicate foliage and spectacular shades of gold, green, orange and crimson, these beautiful specimen trees bring colour and character to any space. We were delighted to welcome acclaimed garden designer Jo Thompson to The Pavilion over the weekend for her talk, ‘How to Create a Garden with Atmosphere’.

shared insights from her remarkable career and her approach to creating gardens with a true sense of place, exploring the importance of proportion, setting, colour and structure alongside the beautiful, romantic planting for which her work is so well known.

As the seasons change, there is something particularly comforting about a warm apple pudding fresh from the oven.

In our latest video, Pavilion Chef David Rice shows us how to make his Caramelised Apple Pudding - a soft vanilla sponge baked over cooking apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, which caramelises beautifully as it cooks.
