Drought-tolerant perennials are an excellent choice for creating beautiful, resilient gardens that thrive with minimal maintenance once established. The rich flavours of Asia took centre stage at our latest dining event in The Glasshouse Restaurant.

Chef David Rice created a specially curated four-course menu inspired by the cuisines of China, Japan, India and Southeast Asia, taking guests on a culinary journey through some of the continent's most iconic flavours. Thank you to everyone who joined us - we hope you had a memorable evening.

Our new Summer Menu has arrived, featuring fresh dishes inspired by the finest produce the season has to offer. From Herb-Crusted Cooleeney Brie Salad and Burrata Bruschetta to Monkfish and Prawn Curry and freshly baked Garden Pizza, the menu brings together light, vibrant flavours alongside more indulgent favourites.

Our Chefs have created a vibrant menu showcasing the best of Italian cuisine, with fresh, seasonal flavours from creamy burrata and prawn linguine, to chargrilled sirloin and an indulgent strawberry mascarpone dessert.

The evening begins at 7pm where guests will be welcomed with our signature Amalfi Sunset cocktail, setting the tone for a memorable evening of exceptional food in the relaxed surroundings of our Glasshouse Restaurant.
