✨ FROM BANDED TO BLENDED ✨

This transformation wasn’t just about making the hair “blonder” — it was about correcting the colour, removing weight and creating a softer, more manageable finish. 🤍

The previous permanent colour done in another salon had created a more blocky root and visible banding through the hair. Over time, repeatedly applying permanent colour down the same section can continue to build up and create those unwanted lines.

This time, we changed the approach. 👇🏼

✨ Semi-permanent colour to soften and blend the root rather than creating another permanent line
✨ Fresh highlights + baby lights brought up strategically to break through the banding and brighten the overall colour
✨ A softer root transition for a much more seamless grow-out
✨ Fresh cut through the layers and length to reshape the hair
✨ Weight and unnecessary bulk removed for lighter, easier-to-manage hair
✨ Finished with a curly blow-dry for movement, bounce and a finish designed to hold for up to a week 💫

The result? Brighter, softer, blended and beautifully dimensional — without creating another harsh colour line. 🤍

Sometimes a colour correction isn’t about going lighter… it’s about working smarter with what’s already there. ✨
