WE’RE HIRING!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person with a passion for the outdoors to join our team at Wild Side Sports.
This is a Sales Assistant role for a minimum of 3 days per week, preferably 4 days per week.
Both midweek and weekend availability is essential. You won’t be working every weekend, but you should expect to work approximately 2–3 weekends per month as part of the team rota.
This is primarily a sales role on the shop floor. You’ll be helping customers with everything from hiking footwear and outdoor clothing to watersports equipment, so an interest in the outdoors or a related sport would be a real advantage.
You’ll also be processing web orders and helping with the day-to-day running of the shop, so good computer skills are essential.
Previous retail experience isn’t essential – although it’s always handy! More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is warm, friendly, enthusiastic and great with people, and who will fit in well with our lovely team.
