Two daughters choosing a bracelet for their mum.

They chose Amethyst. Partly because it’s her birthstone, but also because she’s been going through a stressful time.

They both put their own intention into it before wrapping it up.

I choose calm.

Green Moss Agate has traditionally been known as the Master Healing Stone.

You can see where its name comes from. The natural markings running through the stone look almost like moss, connecting it back to nature.

It’s often a stone people are drawn to when they want to take better care of themselves and their body.

Audrey, Killian & Paul have been coming to NEMDAE for a long time now.

They have quite a few bracelets themselves and I’ve lost count of how many Killian & Audrey have chosen for other people. Aunties, teachers, friends… if there’s someone the want to buy for, they often come to NEMDAE.

Today, Killian came back to choose another one for himself.

He was drawn to Labradorite, the stone associated with transformation.

I trust the path I’m on.

When we talked about what it represented, it made complete sense to him that this was the one he’d chosen.

And I loved that, because it’s very much what NEMDAE was created for.

You might need calm at one point in your life. Confidence at another. Or you might reach a point where you know something is changing and you’re ready for what comes next.

You choose what feels relevant to you now. You wear the bracelet as your daily reminder. And somewhere along the way, you may realise you’re ready for a different one.

There was always another side to NEMDAE too. Giving one to someone because you’ve thought about them and the reminder that might mean something to them.

So seeing the same family come back, sometimes for themselves and so often for other people, is very special to me.

Today is Miriam’s special birthday.

She was drawn to Green Aventurine before she knew anything about it.

When I told her it was associated with joy, finding what makes you happy and sparking your creativity, she knew exactly why she’d picked it.

I choose what makes me happy.

I’ve always felt things deeply.

I notice tone. A change in someone. The things that aren’t actually said.

For a long time, I never really understood that part of myself. And while feeling deeply can be a lovely thing, it can also be exhausting when you don’t know how to protect your own peace.

I’d replay conversations. Wonder if I’d done something wrong. Let someone else’s mood affect mine.

Onyx is the bracelet I never take off.

I protect my peace.

People still get to me. I still notice when something feels off.

But I don’t stay in it as long anymore.

I remind myself that just because I can feel something, I don’t have to make it mine.

Some days I’m better at it than others.

So she saved up her own money and came back today to buy it.

Moonstone. New Beginnings.

Sometimes a new beginning asks you to trust a path you can’t fully see yet.

For me, part of that is connecting with my guardian angels each morning. Calling them in. Asking for their guidance. Then trusting I’m being guided as I move through my day.
