🍂 Autumn – A Great Time to Plant Evergreens! 🌿

Gardening isn't just for spring and summer! October is a great time to look at your garden, fill those gaps and start thinking about how it will look through the colder months ahead.

Evergreen shrubs, perennials, grasses and ferns can add year-round structure, colour and texture, while seasonal favourites bring extra interest when much of the garden is winding down.

And with the soil still relatively warm, autumn can be an excellent time to get new plants established before spring arrives.

The second of our Climate Action Week events takes place on Saturday October 17th in Boyle with two free demos at 11am and 2pm. Adi will be demonstrating how to plant a tree and there will be 20% off trees from October 16th-18th to encourage everyone to take Climate Action in their own garden.
