Tomorrow I’ll be packing up my chocolates and heading into Waterford City for three wonderful days at the Waterford Harvest Festival! ❤️

📍 Find Cocoa by Judit on Great George’s Street, in the Waterford Producers & Makers area.

📅 Friday 4th, Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September

I’ll be bringing lots (and I mean LOTS! 😍) of delicious handmade chocolates, with a beautiful selection of flavours inspired by Waterford, our local producers and the wonderful ingredients around us.

From rich caramels and fruity centres to some of my favourite creations, there will be plenty to taste, discover and take home. 🍫✨

A wonderful evening celebrating Irish craft at the House of Waterford ✨

Beautiful Waterford Crystal, delicious chocolate and an incredible atmosphere — what more could you ask for? 💎🍫

It was such a pleasure to showcase Cocoa by Judit, proudly representing Irish small-batch craft chocolate, at the House of Waterford Crystal while hosting the Waterford Chamber of Commerce after-hours event.

Surrounded by the magic of beautiful Irish crystal, it was the perfect setting to celebrate two wonderful Irish crafts coming together — crystal and chocolate. 🇮🇪✨

So proud to be part of such a special evening and to share the story and passion behind Cocoa by Judit.

Spending an amazing day in Dublin with the Kilkenny Design Makers Academy ✨

I’m feeling totally inspired, energised and ready to start sharing more of the story behind the scenes of Cocoa by Judit. 🍫

There is so much work, passion, creativity and heart that goes into building a small artisan chocolate business, and I can’t wait to bring you along on the journey.

I’m looking forward to telling you all about how it started, where the idea came from, and how the story has grown into what Cocoa by Judit is today. ❤️

🌿🍓 From our garden to our chocolates 🍫✨

A wonderful spread of our home-grown fruit — and there is so much work happening behind the scenes to grow, harvest and preserve all these beautiful flavours. ❤️

Raspberries, rhubarb, blackberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, plums, figs… and so much more! 🌱🍓

It makes me incredibly happy to use the fruits we grow here at home to create the delicious fillings for my handmade chocolate selections.

From garden to kitchen, from kitchen to chocolate — every little piece tells a story of our countryside and the seasons. 🌿🍫 where every bite tells a story 💕
