🎉 This Saturday, Tullow parkrun celebrates its 400th event! 🎉

Since 2017, our free weekly 5km through the woodland at Rathwood has welcomed 4,027 runners, joggers & walkers, notched up 33,506 finishes and 4,300 personal bests — all powered by 367 wonderful volunteers. 💚

Join us Saturday 25th July, 9:30am — all abilities welcome, completely free, with a celebration cake and free tea & coffee for everyone! 🍰☕
