🚨 Warning to All Our Phones & More Customers and the inishowen Community 🚨

We want to raise awareness about a dangerous scam that’s been circulating in our area.
Scammers are calling unsuspecting people, pretending to be your network or broadband provider. They already have some personal details like your address and bank card info. Once they build your trust, they ask you to download a malicious app if you do, they gain full access to your phone. They can change passwords, hack into your banking, and steal your money.
Please stay alert! Never share personal information over the phone or install any apps unless you are 100% sure the call is legitimate. If you have any doubts, hang up and contact your provider directly.

A member of the public has kindly brought to our attention that an individual is currently driving around the area in a white northern reg Jeep selling kitchen knife sets, he is claiming to have had a stall at Clonmany Community Centre in the past few days and he is using our managers name as a reference.
We wish to clarify that Clonmany Community Centre did not have any individual selling knives on the premises, and our manager is not aware of or associated with anyone engaged in selling such kitchen knives.
It would appear that our name is being used without permission. We advise all members of the public to exercise caution.
We appreciate this information being brought to our attention and encourage anyone with further concerns to remain vigilant.
Should you come across this individual we would advise you to contact the local garda station.
