Ingredients
Salad
200 g broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
100 g white cabbage, shredded
100 g carrots, grated
80 g red onion, finely sliced
Dressing
100 g mayonnaise
50 g sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp paprika
Juice of ½ lemon (or a generous squeeze)
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp fresh dill and parsley, finely chopped

Method
Add the broccoli, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced red onion to a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, paprika, lemon juice, salt, dill, and parsley until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
