🏃‍♂️ Guinness World Record Attempt: Chris Takes on the Ultimate Endurance Challenge from Mizen Head to Malin Head and Back! 🏃‍♂️

A huge thank you to Chris for calling into Martina Ryan Sports and Holistic Massage Therapist for a treatment to help him on his incredible journey Tina Ryan

Chris is currently taking on a Guinness World Record attempt, running from Mizen Head to Malin Head and back again, covering around 100km a day.

I was delighted to support him with some much-needed TLC to assist in his recovery before he set off again.

The SPAR Cloghan team were also delighted to meet Chris and show their support for the incredible challenge he is taking on.

Wishing you the very best of luck, Chris. I really hope our paths cross again, you are the most inspiring human being I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and this cause is very close to my heart. Everyone in Cloghan is behind you. 🇮🇪👏

GUYS CHRIS WILL FINISH HIS 4TH DAY OF RUNNING IN CLOGHAN THIS EVENING APPROX 6PM IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN COMING OUT AND SUPPORTING HIM 🏃‍♂️ He is attempting to run the lenght of ireland and then turning around and running it again. He is doing this for family carers ireland.
