Another day, another plant that is easy to care for ✨️
Sansevieria, snake plant or mother-in-law's tongue plant is probably the best beginner plant there is. The care is almost foolproof - kind of just forget about it 😅 These plants don't need to be watered often, literally months can pass without watering, they don't need to be repotted often (they like to be crowded in the pots plus they grow really slowly). It is native to Africa and can thrive in a variety of light conditions (not only dark corners like most people think but that definitely is a plus). Also, it's great for purifying the air as it removes toxins.
Me...I have it on 3 spots at home (basically if it's a spot that I tend to forget when watering or the light is low, or nothing else seems to do well at a certain spot - snake plant goes there and it's back to forgetting the spot 🫠).
There are many different types of them but the one in the picture is probably the most popular and most affordable. I always have them in stock and usually in two sizes, unfortunately all the small ones are sold out at the moment but these large ones that usually retail at 30e are now 24e with the 20% discount valid till the 15th of June (...only 3 left, buy one for your Mother in law 😜).
