“I joined One Arena and started with the pay-as-you-go payment option because I wasn’t sure if my motivation would last very long. But after my first consultation and training session I was certain I would buy an 8-class pass. The level of dedication and focus the staff show is inspiring. They are never just going through the motions like most gyms, you get the sense they are actually invested in you and want you to get out of your comfort zone. I had been to a couple of gyms before but never got into the habit of going but One Arena made it very easy to set goals and visualise what I needed to do to achieve those goals. Suddenly I found myself in a routine that I felt I never wanted to break.
