💫NEW PRODUCER ALERT ✨ Our first market back and we couldn’t be happier to welcome .ie to our collection in Kinsale … Ronan and Meabh are hand-making tofu in Kilbrittain West Cork using age old processes and recipes - a super protein rich alternative to meat / eggs! OTOFU use soybeans that are organic, non-GMO and European grown (if you know tofu you know how special this is ! ) I personally cannot wait to try each one ! Hello Everyone! It’s been a minute since we last felt that heartwarming buzz we feel at our weekly neighbourfood market ! We have missed you all and thank you for your patience and understanding during our hiatus. We have been working hard behind the scenes on re-imagining our space long term for the continuation of our market here at O’Herlihys and WE CANNOT WAIT TO SHARE IT WITH YOU !

First market back will be Thursday October 6th and will be open online for all your HARVEST shopping next Wednesday September 29th ! The seasons are shifting beautifully sink into Autumn with us and stock up those cupboards ! 🌙 🌾🍁💫

Hellooooo everyone!

Unfortunately we are going to have to take a little summer hiatus (July + August) from hosting Neighbourfood here at OHK, it’s regrettable to break our strong weekly collection but it is just temporary and sadly unavoidable. The cafe is undergoing essential construction work to the back of the premises, health and safety will not permit the market to continue in the way we had hoped at this time. Outsourcing to another location/venue as we have done in the past is just not a possibility in the high summer months as we are also working hard on re-opening our indoor cafe.
WE ARE SO PROUD of the market we have helped create here in Kinsale since August 2019. Producers have delivered above and beyond at a most challenging time and week-on-week customers have returned in such high numbers and become so familiar to us ! This alone, has been extremely heart-warming so THANK YOU ❤️. We have have the best team here and are very excited for the future of Neighbourfood in Kinsale, we will take this time to connect further with our suppliers, seeking out the best of what our local area has to offer and hopefully grow it/refine it further. We will be back late August/early September with lots to offer! Please let us know what you would like to see from us when we return!
We apologise for the inconvenience and we hope you understand. We would love to encourage you all to maintain the wonderful connection and continue to support your local food producers through alternative Neighbourfood markets, farmers markets etc.

Reminder that our pre-Christmas collection dates are:

WEDNESDAY 16th - 5.30-7.30pm
SATURDAY 19th - EARLIER TIME 3-5pm
WEDNESDAY 23rd - 5.30-7.30pm

Collection point: Sáile Sports and Community Centre

Orders for SATURDAY are now open and close MIDNIGHT THURSDAY - this is your last chance to pre-order for Wednesday 23rd.

Hederman, Skeaghanore and Sonas Trading are pre-order only for Christmas week so if you want any of their items on the 23rd you need to order before midnight Thursday.

Anything not marked as a pre-order can be ordered as normal for collection Saturday.

Turkeys are sold out but we have geese and duck from Skeaghanore as well as hams, boar, venison, spiced beef, smoked salmon, desserts, hampers and gifts 🎄
