Ran our first night bioluminescence kayak trip of the year last night. Always a bit apprehensive with the first few night trips, each year; as to how strong the bioluminescence will be, and will I be able to find it!
Anyway it was great, I think the best I've ever seen it in May 🙂
The amazing weather will have helped to warm the bay, maybe a little ahead of schedule.
We also heard otters calling, a cuckoo at midnight (very strange 😅) and paddled under moon and stars...
Bioluminescence kayaking is back on the menu now all summer 😍
