This total transformation of a ground floor house in Stameen, Drogheda features a brand new kitchen, reconfigured floorplan, seamless new floors, utility room, WC and bespoke furniture. Handled completely from start to finish by the team in Grand Designs, Drogheda and project managed my Margaret, making the experience stress free and enjoyable.

The hardest working room in the house for many families. The Utility room. One of the three areas that our client needed to work better for their family's needs, together with the kitchen and a lounge area. We love helping our clients unlock their homes full potential. A floorplan or layout that doesn't work cause stress and frustration. An extension is not always the solution to more space, better storage and a better floorplan can solve a multitude of problems. Colours, textures & finishes are the icing on the cake.

A recently finished project in Dunleer. A shaker kitchen in the most beautiful blue colour. Bespoke wardrobes and Lounge storage. A light coloured oak flooring, soft white walls and amazing textiles and wall paper complete the look. The finished result is a calm and inviting home surrounded by nature. We love these full refurb projects where the transformation has such an impact. Good design is life altering. A bespoke colour palette can change a person's mood and custom storage hides clutter and reduce stress. We are so grateful we were chosen to be a part of this transformative journey.
