Fried chicken a lovely olive oil while I made my cowgirl guacamole!

Ingredients
Avocado, baby tomatoes, lime, salt, rainbow 🌈 pepper, chilli, olive oil. 🫒 Smash it up.

I like it chunky 😍

Served with gluten free pasta
Chicken from my local butchers.
