✨ Nollaig na mBan ✨

Today marks Women’s Christmas — a day I’ve always loved, a quiet nod to the women who held Christmas together.

I woke at dawn to a delicious Yoga Nidra with and Nirlipta Tuli through and I’ll return again this evening at dusk. Beginning and ending the day in rest feels like a quiet, radical act of love — a gentle way of settling the body and easing back into a more natural rhythm.

This sense of slowness runs through how I approach FIA too: making clothes with care, choosing natural fibres, valuing longevity over urgency.

The new year doesn’t have to start with a jolt on January 1st — it can arrive gradually, in keeping with the seasons. Here’s to easing ourselves into the year ahead.
Tea optional. Cake encouraged. ☕🍰

St Stephen’s Day in Blackrock, Co. Louth has become something special ❤️

Every year on 26th December, this fundraiser brings our community together — friends, families, neighbours, and plenty of familiar faces — all showing up for a cause that truly matters.

CrossCause does quiet, steady work all year round, supporting those who need it most. This annual fundraiser helps keep that work going.

If you’re around, come along.
If you can’t make it, a donation — big or small — makes a real difference.

Discipline. Resilience. Patience.

Today, Turlough showed all three.

A 30-second win in his first match, and a hard-fought second that slipped away only in the closing moments. That’s Jiu-Jitsu — and that’s life.

Every contest teaches. Every setback refines.

We’re proud to stand behind him — athlete, model, and part of the FIA team — for the same quiet strength he brings to the mats and to our work every day.

The journey continues 🇮🇪🥋

Discipline, resilience, and patience — the same threads that weave through our craft also run through Jiu-Jitsu.

Tomorrow, Turlough Sheehan — a core part of the FIA family, the face of our shoots and the hands behind your parcels — competes at the European No-Gi Championships in Rome with East Coast Jiu-Jitsu Academy, Ireland.

We’re proud to sponsor him and prouder still to watch the same quiet determination he brings to work, carry him onto the mats.

Go n-éirí leat, Turlough 🇮🇪

🌍 Mission Ghana 2025 🌍

This October, I'm travelling to Ghana with CrossCause Ireland to visit the Xorladi Project, a group home for children who have been abandoned due to disability or loss. The goal is to assess their needs with a view to bringing Irish volunteers there in 2026 to support the project.

While I’m there, I’ll also deliver a month’s supply of food to 47 people in a local l***r community.

To do this, I need to raise €1,000.

Here’s the impact your support can make:
💚 €5 = feeds one person for a week
💚 €21 = feeds one person for a month
💚 €100 = feeds the whole community for a week
💚 €1,000 = feeds all 47 people for the month

Every euro raised goes directly to food bought in the local market and delivered straight to the community.

👉 Can you feed one person for a week?
👉 Donate via GoFundMe
https://gofund.me/14aaf0ce8

Thank you for helping me bring this support to Ghana.
