Just a heads up that our store space will close early today, Wednesday the 14th, at noon.

The store will also be closed all day on Friday, the 16th.

We'd love to see you Thursday from 9-4, or Saturday from 11-2, though!

We found a corner of the shop in Belfast for a few tunes last week. This is the Bucks of Oranmore. Noel Halton on spoons.

⭐️ Cd in stock at McNeela's Shop 🌟

Great new album launched today in Belfast by Seoid "Steeped In Music" - we've got copies, call into the shop behind The Sagart, Chapel Lane!

Belfast’s first ever Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, and we’ve already lost the run of ourselves.

Two McNeela pop-up shops 🎻

The Met & Chapel Lane behind The Sagart.

Same stock in both. Same tunes in both.

Same Paraic in both, although nobody is ready to explain how.

Drop in and say hello 🪕🥁🎻

Some shops have a stockroom...
Ours has Jack Talty playing reels between the boxes.

Live from the back of the shop in Miltown Malbay 🎻 Playing Ríl Nell on the concertina, a reel he wrote for his daughter.

Drop in, you never know who’ll be playing in the corner 🪕🥁🎻

Also, you can find the notation for Ríl Nell on ITMA here: https://www.itma.ie/scores/280351_ril_nell/

Back in Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare for Willie Clancy Week 🎻🎻🎻

The annual McNeela pop-up shop is open, the flags are up...

Some are here for whistles, some for concertinas.

Some are just trying to figure out if Paraic is going to tell them the same story from 1988 again.

He is.

Drop in and say hello, here all week. Everything is up for sale.

Including the kitchen sink.
