We’re excited to announce that our Carroll’s Hallmark shop in Monaghan Shopping Centre is looking to recruit a Manager / Trainee Manager to join our wonderful team!

If you have a passion for greeting cards, gifts, and helping customers find the perfect sentiment, we want to hear from you.

🕒 Position Details:
• Full-time role (flexibility required, including weekdays and weekends)
• Opportunity for progression and development
• Supportive and friendly team environment

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Previous retail experience (management experience an advantage but not essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• A love for creativity and celebrating special moments
