Out today, Hungry is the new book by Katriona O'Sullivan, the bestselling author of Poor,

Katriona O'Sullivan has come a long way from the poverty, chaos and abuse she knew growing up. A respected academic and bestselling author, she defied every expectation placed on the teenage mother she once was.

Yet even as the accolades arrived, old beliefs held fast. No degree, no award, no recognition could silence the sense that she was only worthy when her body looked the way society said it should.

In this fierce and fearless memoir, Katriona pulls back the curtain on her journey: the relentless comparison to the curated bodies of strangers on the internet, the dangerous weight-loss treatments, the attempts to reshape herself into an impossible ideal - and how she slowly learned to accept and love herself.

Hungry is an unforgettable examination of how gender, class and trauma shape a woman's sense of worth. It is one woman's story - and a rallying cry for every woman who has ever felt she had to shrink to survive

"The lad is a bit like a stray dog. I keep an eye on him and throw him a few scraps. There are plenty of people in this town who'd just as soon drop him off in the wilderness and hope there's no scent to follow home. The problem is that Patrick could find his way out of any wilderness and they wouldn't like whatever starved thing came back."

Sergeant Jim Field feels a guilty paternalism for Patrick Hatten, a young man struggling to find a job, a life and a purpose in a small-town Wexford community. Both are used to being on the fringes but while Jim is a romantic with bad health and regret, Patrick is full of anger and action, and his actions could have devastating effects.

We're very excited to have gotten a small amount of signed copies of The Keeper, the brand new book by bestselling author Tana French, out today!

Sweet, loving Rachel Holohan was about to be engaged to the son of the local big shot. Instead, she’s dead in the river.

In a place like this, her death isn’t simple. It comes wrapped in generations-old grudges and power struggles, and it splits the townland in two. Retired Chicago detective Cal Hooper has friends here now and he owes them loyalty, but his fiancée Lena wants nothing to do with Ardnakelty’s tangles.

As the feud becomes more vicious, their settled peace starts to crack apart. And when they uncover a scheme that casts a new light on Rachel’s death and threatens the whole village, they find themselves in the firing line.

Manchán is in our hearts as we celebrate the Festival of the and the return of Spring in Ireland.

It’s the first without our master storyteller and wisdom keeper, and he is dearly missed on this land.

We are so grateful to Manchán for weaving his draíocht, awakening wisdom, and celebrating the goddesses of Ireland. He was a true champion of the Sacred Feminine and all mná.

In the Spirit of Spring, Manchán sowed many seeds and sparked the fire in many hearts and we look forward to how his legacy will evolve, and how his mellifluous spirit continues to inspire folks, rippling across Ireland and the world.
