Happiest of birthdays to our cleaner Nikola!
Just joking! But it is her birthday and she turns 23 today! We can’t explain what a powerhouse this lady is! She started with the role of simply being on the till taking orders and has since taken the business as her own. 23 years old and she runs every area of the business and we can honestly say she is responsible for anything that is good about our little business and any bit of ‘success’ we have had in our first 4 weeks of operation is down largely to Nikola.
She’s the receptionist, marketing person, finance, accountant, operations, menu development, cleaner, deals with all the paperwork and also is in the kitchen bangin out noodles when it’s busy! Happy birthday Nikola we are incredibly lucky to have you as part of our team and hope you have the best day ever!
