A highlight for many visitors to Galway City is strolling along the medieval pedestrianised streets. The area is characterised by buskers, boutiques, unique shops, cafes, bars, & restaurants. It has rightfully earned its unofficial title as 'The Latin Quarter'. Well, now it's official and with support from Failte Ireland & Galway City Council, the area has adopted the name ‘The Latin Quarter’.

Cheers to all members and friends of The Latin Quarter who joined us for our annual day out at the Galway Races!

As alway, we’re proud to support the festival, which brings such a buzz to the city every year.

Hopefully everyone had some luck in The Latin Quarter beginners steeplechase won by Frankie John, ridden to victory by Daniel King, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan and owned by M G Hogan and John Mahon.

Everyone enjoyed food & drinks in Seven Bar Galway before heading to the track at Ballybrit. Cheers to all the team for hosting us 👌
