Spring is arriving and changes a operating in nature, its time to make changes ourselves. With prices of petrol ( which is used to make plastic) going up everywhere and plastic being more and more used in the big brand shops. We feel here at the Filling Station that those shifts in our way of purchasing are important to consider in our daily lives. Like the flowers and trees small changes can with time go a long way🌿

What better way to end the month than with food?❤️

Hazelnuts and chocolate with a raspberry dressing… we honestly can’t think of anything better!

If you have any doubts about this recipe, come to The Filling Station this Saturday, 28th February at 11am. We’ll bring the treat and you can taste it for free! 😋😋

And if you feel like treating someone you love (or yourself!), you can buy all the ingredients in the shop in the exact amounts you need.

Ready in 15 minutes (especially when everything is pre-weighed in the shop!)

Here’s the full list of ingredients (everything except raspberries is available in our shop). The quantities are perfect for a 22cm tart pan:

For the crust:

250g organic roasted hazelnuts (or any nuts of your choice)
60g organic cacao powder
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp organic coconut oil

For the filling:
¾ cup (180g) full-fat organic coconut milk
260g bittersweet organic chocolate
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Raspberry dressing:
Fresh or frozen raspberries (or cherries, strawberries…)
Maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice
Cornstarch or any thickener. Add slowly until you reach your desired thickness
