🎭 Project Complete | Brendan O’Regan Centre, Bunratty Folk ParkCue One Ireland is delighted to have recently completed the lighting and audio-visual installation at the Brendan O’Regan Centre at Bunratty Folk Park, working on behalf of Big O Creative. The centre celebrates the legacy of Brendan O’Regan (1917–2008), one of Ireland’s great innovators and entrepreneurs. His remarkable career included the development of Shannon Airport, pioneering the concept of the world’s first duty-free shop, helping transform the Shannon Region, and later playing an important role in promoting peace and cross-border cooperation on the island of Ireland. It was a privilege for Cue One to contribute to a project that helps tell the story of such an important figure in Irish history.💡
Lighting & AV Control
The installation features ETC ProCell fixtures together with the ETC Echo control system, creating a flexible, high-quality and intuitive lighting solution for the centre.Cue One also delivered the associated audio-visual installation, integrating lighting, audio and visual technology to help bring the visitor experience and the story of Brendan O’Regan to life.
A big thank you to Ronan O’Shea for his work on the pre-visualisation and lighting design for the project.
His contribution was instrumental in developing the lighting concept and translating it into the finished space.A fantastic project to be involved with, and a pleasure to work alongside Big O Creative in such an iconic location.
