You know that feeling when you’re torn between two things? What you should do, and what you actually need?
That’s the feeling Permission Cards were made for.
A while back, I made a set of cards to help with exactly that. Each one carries a simple message — permission to rest, to say no, to put yourself first - raised lettering over original artwork, small enough to carry with you.
They’ve been gone for a while. Now they’re back. In a new way.... One Card. One Permission.
Each card comes with a Keeper — a small sleeve that holds it, so it doesn’t get lost in a drawer or a bag. It reads:
“Someone who cares about you wanted you to know you have permission to do — or not do — whatever is necessary to take care of you.”
Maybe that someone is a friend you send it to. Maybe, today, it’s you.
