The final result.

After the full build process, from the first stages of assembly, to cutting the front window openings in the rain, to the first fire in the stove, the Premium Cube is now complete.

A fantastic finished sauna and a great project to look back on.

A special moment in every sauna build: the first fire in the stove.

After the assembly work, this is the point where the Premium Cube really starts to come to life.

This clip also gives a first look through the interior — from construction site to sauna atmosphere.

A little Irish rain was not going to stop the progress.

The openings for the two front windows were carefully measured and cut on site, ready for the window frames to be installed.

Every detail matters when the individual components come together.

Every sauna starts with careful preparation.
Here, the floor and first wall sections of this outdoor sauna are being positioned and aligned.

This is only the beginning — but the final shape is already starting to emerge.

Follow the build from the first panel to the finished sauna.

Every great sauna starts with a solid foundation.

For this project in Drogheda, the first step was installing and carefully levelling the screw-pile foundations for a 2.4m Premium Cube Sauna.

The piles were positioned according to the sauna’s structural support points, creating a stable and accurately prepared base without the need for a large concrete slab.

Next: delivery and placement of the fully assembled sauna.

Follow the project from foundation to first fire.

A behind-the-scenes look at one of our recent projects: a three-metre sauna with a wood-fired stove and matching wood-fired hot tub.

We completed the on-site assembly together with Joerg Schnell Carpentry, who has worked with us on a number of sauna installations. Great work as always, Joerg!

A 4.8-metre Premium Cube sauna being carefully rotated and positioned at its final location in Howth.

For installations like this, delivery is only one part of the process. The correct equipment, careful planning and precise coordination are essential to place the sauna safely exactly where it needs to go.

Another successful installation for Outcasts Sauna.
