HOW TO ORDER FROM SILKY’S HIDDEN TREASURES

I get quite a few messages asking how to order, so I thought I’d pop this here and pin it to the top of the page.

While my website is still under construction, have a browse through my Facebook photos or any of my social media. You’ll find lots of examples of things I’ve made before — but remember, you don’t have to choose something I’ve already made.

Messenger is fine too, but WhatsApp is definitely my preferred option as messages don’t get lost between the various pages.

Tell me what the occasion is, who you’re buying for and when you need it. If you’ve spotted something you like, send me a screenshot.
If you haven’t a clue what you want, that’s absolutely fine too!
I’m a bit like your own personal gift shopper.
Tell me about the person — their hobbies, football team, interests, favourite colours, an inside joke, whatever makes them them — and I’ll come up with some ideas.

From there, we’ll create something especially for you. It might include photographs, a cartoon, a particular theme or a completely new design.
And bespoke does NOT mean more expensive.
I don’t charge a design fee. If I have to create your design completely from scratch, you pay the same product price as you would for a design I’ve already made.
One thing I really do need is your deadline.
I work week by week and in deadline order. So even if you order well in advance, I may not actually make your item until nearer the date you need it. I always prioritise the most urgent orders first.
I juggle the business around family life and my health, so I’m not generally a next-day service. If something is urgent, though, please ask — if I can fit it in, I will.
So whether you know exactly what you want or your message simply says “Help! I need a present for…”, send me a WhatsApp and we’ll take it from there.
