Kilcoole Men's Shed Ukraine appeal - essential supplies needed.

We the members have been offered the use of a 48-foot refrigerated truck and container by Dave Whyte transport to send humanitarian supplies to Poland and we are seeking support from the business community; sporting groups, individual households and any other bodies both in the parish and wider north Wicklow area who can help collect the following items required,

Baby nappies, wipes,
Baby food and bottles
Blankets (Baby, Children and Adults)
Portable electric heaters
European plug adapters
Torches
Batteries
Bandages,burn creams,antiseptic creams etc.
Also should any business wish to donate boxes,cases or pallets of the listed supplies please contact [email protected].

The designated location for the supplies is Rzeszow a town on the Polish/Ukraine border where thousands of refugees are gathered and being looked after by the local town's people.The listed items request has come directly from the Polish volunteers on the ground. This is a huge undertaking and we wish to appeal to everyone around the North Wicklow area who can help.Donations will be accepted at the Kilcoole Community centre from Wednesday 16th. Marc 10am onwards.

We would like to thank you for your support of this worthwhile appeal.

Sincere thanks to all of those who contributed to the shipment which left Dublin for Poland last Monday.

Just to let you all know, with the rules and regulations on indoor service, we will not be opening for service indoors this week. We will keep you posted on when you can all sit inside with us. again In the meantime.....who wouldn't want to sit in this lovely beer garden?????😍😍 Service will remain as normal outdoors. It's been lovely to see everyone again since we opened up and thank you for all your support. 🍻🥂🍷🥃🍸
