Kildare Town Heritage Centre Kildare Town Heritage Centre is open all year round, Monday to Saturday 9:30am-5pm. The centre is just across from the monastic site of St. Brigid.

Kildare Town Heritage Centre is an Offical Failte Ireland Tourist Office as well as housing a virtual reality experience 'Legend of Kildare' which tells the story the fianna , the ancient fire temple and Brigid the Goddess, and the Saint. Both St Brigid's Cathedral & Round Tower are closed to the Public until further notice except for service every Sunday at 11.30am

Community mosaic -Heritage Week.
Come along and add a piece to our 2nd Community mosaic in the the old Pe Hall of the Leader Partership on Convent Road.(see attached Photos of the location) This project is Supported by the Heritage Council.

Open to the Public on Sat 15th,Tues 18th. & Sat 2oth from 11am to 2pm.
Children should be accompanied by adults.
