Here in a studio in a little village in Kilkenny, we create ecologically sound wood jewelry and art which is always mindful of nature and the environment. Wood Moon Studio is a Kilkenny based design & craft business

Driven by a passion for products made by hand. Inspired by deep dark forests, starry skies and moonlit nights.

The roots of Wood Moon Studio begin somewhere between the wilds of rural Donegal and the vast urban landscape of London. Brought up between these two places, each still have an influence on my creative expression. In Donegal I was tiny, surrounded by woods and oceans and wild winds, in London I was the same, tiny among the endless rows of houses...

but in both places, there was always the moon in the sky.

We are well and truly into the Summer...(despite a few rain showers ☔😉🌧️)

And nothing says Summer quite like a ditsy daisy 🌼

So so cute and so easy to wear!

They are studs, €15 with free delivery and made using plastic free, eco friendly paints and a bio based resin!

Sooo.. I've been playing around and I think these are a keeper for the New Collection coming on May 1st

Big bright shiny suns, the likes of which, I hope to see all the Summer long!

They're on a tiny stainless steel hoop with a light layer of eco resin and will be 25 euro when they are available to buy ☺️🌻

I know, i know, I'm such a tease.. I'm like;

"Hey! Look at these! They're super cool.... buuut... you can't have them straight away..." 😋

Shapes + colours waiting to be finished and brought to next weekend 25th - 27th November

Earlier this year I was there for the May Fair and wow, what a journey it has been since then. It started off a chain of events in my life that you wouldn't believe and in the words of my mother,

"Ballymaloe has a lot to answer for" 😂

God if you only knew 😉😋😅

(she's coming back with me for this one too, i think it may become a tradition... )

But yeah, returning next weekend is like the completion of a personal cycle and I cannot wait to see everyone again and enjoy the good vibes that Ballymaloe has in spades!

Something to brighten your day on a day that's rather grey ☀ ☔ 🌥

These, along with a lot of colourful and eco friendly pieces are joining me this weekend craft fair.

Friday 4th Nov 10am till 7pm
Saturday 5th Nov 10am till 5pm
Sunday 6th Nov 11am till 5pm

There will be sooo many wonderful makers at this event and the café will be open the whole weekend, so drop in, have a bite to eat and a browse of what the South East has to offer 🌼
