The Lawn Green pattern has delightful blossoms over-laid upon one another to create a design with depth. The bright blue centers & vivid green leaves perfectly complete the floral pattern 🍃

What a night!

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Nicholas Mosse Pottery was named both Overall Winner and Gift Winner at last night’s Irish Country Magazine Irish Made Awards 2026 💚

This one means so much to us. 2026 marks 50 years since Nicholas sat down at his wheel here in Bennettsbridge, and to be recognised like this in our 50th year is something really special.

Nicholas and Billy were there on the night to accept the awards on behalf of the whole team, the people who throw, sponge, paint and pack every single piece by hand. This is for all of them 👏

A huge thank you to Irish Country Magazine, to Foxford for sponsoring the Gift category, and to everyone who has bought, gifted and treasured a piece of our pottery over the last five decades. We couldn’t have done it without you 🫶

Here’s to the next 50! 🥂

Autumn has arrived in our Old Mill here in Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny 🍂

There’s been a drop in temperatures over the weekend, some rainfall, the landscape seems to have drank it up & it finally feels like the Autumn season has begun 🍂

A little Nicholas Mosse moment on a very big Dublin stage 🌹

We were delighted to spot our Old Rose pottery featured in the stage setting for Up Close at Dublin’s 3Arena, an event which welcomed Oprah Winfrey to the stage.

There’s something special about seeing a piece that’s hand-painted here in Kilkenny make its way into a moment like this. Old Rose has been part of our story for 25 years, and moments like this are a quiet reminder of just how far a little bit of Irish craft can travel.

Handmade in Kilkenny and looking very much at home in rather special company
