We provide the highest quality service by the highest trained CyTech mechanic, with a B.Sc in Sports Science, Cycling Ireland Coach and British Cycling Coach, whether you’re getting your bike serviced or getting yourself fitted to your bike you know you are in the best hands. We pride ourselves in our quality service, and any bike brought in to the shop before 12 will be repaired, serviced and ready for collection the same day - unless we need to order parts.

Not every damaged wheel needs replacing.

In this case, the original hub had failed, but the rim was still in excellent condition.

Rather than replacing the complete wheel, I rebuilt it around a brand-new hub, saving the customer money while giving them a wheel that’s ready for many more miles.

Wheel building is one of those jobs that combines precision, patience and experience. Every spoke tension is measured and adjusted so the finished wheel is strong, true and reliable.

If your wheel has a damaged hub, broken rim or recurring spoke problems, it may be repairable rather than replaceable.

Modern electronic groupsets from Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo receive firmware updates just like your phone or computer.

These updates can improve shifting performance, fix known issues and, in some cases, add new functionality.

During a VeloWorx service, compatible electronic groupsets are checked for available firmware updates as part of the service.
