‘Twas the night before Christmas Shop 2026, and all through Listowel Garden Centre,

Snow drifted gently in crisp winter air;

The stockings were hung in the shop’s golden light,

While frost traced the windows in lace through the night.

A figure moved quiet, with steps light as frost,

Arranging bright trinkets with care they were tossed;

The shelves brimmed with baubles, each shimmer a spark,

And cocoa’s warm fragrance curled sweet through the dark.

There was laughter inside, yet a hush at the door,

As if some old tale had been lived here before;

A shadow half-smiling, half-hidden from view,

Seemed to stitch every ribbon with something brand new.

No name was spoken, no story retold,

But hearts felt a warmth that was richer than gold;

And the shop, in its glow, made the whole village gleam—

Like a gift wrapped in wonder, born out of a dream.
