Today was Hazels last day with us in Cong Pharmacy before she heads on her travels to NYC. 🥹

It’s a sad day for us all but we are also delighted for Hazel and everything that’s ahead for her. Hazel started with us over four years ago having never worked in a pharmacy before to now being a fully qualified Pharmacy Techncician and she did it all in her stride. Hazel has an amazing work ethic and gives 100% every day. Hazel was also responsible for plenty of craic and laughs along the way as well as chief organiser of our staff nights out. Not only will all of the staff miss Hazel but all our customers too judging by all the well wishes, cards and gifts that have been arriving in over the last couple of weeks, it’s a testament to the impression that Hazel leaves on everyone.

Our loss is NYCs gain. Safe travels Hazel. ✈️🗽

All of us at Cong Pharmacy would like to wish all of our customers and friends a happy Christmas and the very best of wishes for 2026. Hopefully everyone is relaxing at this stage and waiting for the big man’s arrival. 🎅🎄

We can’t thank you enough for all your loyal custom and support throughout the year it really means a lot to us and without ye all we wouldn’t be here. Thanks also to everyone who dropped in gifts and coffees etc over the last few days.

We are also thinking of the families that have lost loved ones over this past year and having to face a first Christmas without them. This time of year can be very difficult for a lot of people and you are in our thoughts.
