🤦‍♂️ No… we didn’t just rip out perfect hardwood floors for the fun of it!!

We get why it looks that way in the video… but those floors were completely beyond saving. We’re talking deep scratches, chunks missing, heavy water damage, and even hair dye stains soaked into the wood 😬 There was no sanding or restoring that would’ve brought them back.

On top of that, we had to access pipes and plumbing underneath, so regardless of the condition, the floors had to come up anyway. Sometimes it’s not about wanting to keep something… it’s about what’s actually possible.

If they were salvageable, we 100% would’ve reused or passed them on. But this one was a full reset job from the ground up 🔧

We’d really appreciate the continued support while we build everything back up 🙌 Every repair, every screen protector, every cable or gadget you pick up from us helps us reinvest straight back into the shop. The goal is to keep improving the space bit by bit… and eventually get some proper flooring in here too!

🔥 Local update… you’ll want to see this one

We’ve just shared Part 2 of Midleton IT Studios, showing exactly what the building looked like the day we bought it 👀
It used to be a hair salon for years… and we got it fully kitted out… but not exactly in great shape.

A lot of the equipment was well used and needed replacing, and the space itself needed serious work before we could even think about opening.

We’re now in the process of completely transforming it into something new for Midleton
Bigger space, more services, and a proper setup behind the scenes 🔧
