A request to make two matching Birdhouses from someone who liked the original one. Again made from reclaimed Beech and teak and finished with 2 coats of Yacht varnish. Roof done in a shingle effect which really stands out. Again fully hand made and great fun to do.

Birdhouse number 3 was made for a house with two little girls so I decided to brighten it up with hand cut hearts. A bright colour scheme makes it stand out and the customer was more than happy with the end result. Again I used reclaimed beech and teak.

After a year away from Woodworking I finally have my new Workshop setup. For my first project I was asked to make a clock by a customer but it had to be different. I used reclaimed Indian Rosewood for the clock body and Sash Window cord for the Roman Numerals and minutes. Very happy with the finished piece as was the customer. Thanks again to all my customers for allowing me to continue to create unique Woodworking projects.

A customer who I had done a couple of different pieces asked for a bench made from the Cast Iron axle and wheels from a horse drawn hay turner that was in the family for generations. I used 50 year old Teak from reclaimed church pews and finished with 4 coats of Yacht Varnish which I think turned out well. It really highlights the woodgrain and different colours in the wood. As a personal touch I hand carved the letter N which is the family initial in the seat back. Thanks again to Liam for the continued custom.

I was recently asked to create a piece for two very good friends to celebrate their wedding. It was left to me to come up with a design and type of wood which was challenging but let me try a few new things. The Swans are made from locally sourced Beech with both the happy couples names and wedding date drawn and woodburned directly by hand on the timber. The base and candle holders were made from reclaimed Indian Rosewood. I hand carved and hand painted in gold an Infinity symbol with in-layed hearts. Thanks to Dawn and Anthony for letting me do this for them on their big day. It was an honour and may they have many happy moments and memories in their future life together.

4 bespoke Flower Planters for a repeat customer. It's nice to know that someone appreciates your work and came back for more items. My own design and made from reclaimed Teak and Oak Whiskey barrels. Finished in clear Yacht Varnish for a clear and durable finish, they will last a long time. With the angles and curves they were fun to make and a good learning experience. I make all Planters to order all from reclaimed materials.

I was asked to make a sign for a house with the name of the Townsland where the house is built. Done on reclaimed beech with the lettering , border and decorative scrollwork woodburned into the wood. I finished it with 3 coats of Yacht Varnish to protect it against the beautiful Irish weather. Very happy with how it turned out.
