🎉 20 Wexford Producers Reach the Blas na hÉireann 2026 Finals! 🎉

Congratulations to the 20 exceptional food and drink producers from County Wexford who have been announced as finalists in Blas na hÉireann 2026, The Irish Food Awards.

The countdown is now on to Di**le, where winners will be announced on Friday 2nd October as part of a fantastic celebration of Irish food and drink.

Wexford Home Preserves secured a second, consecutive 3-Star Great Taste Award for its handmade Blackcurrant Jam and, for the first time in the company’s history, earned a coveted place on the Great Taste Golden Fork shortlist

We can hardly believe we’re saying this again, but here we are, our Blackcurrant Jam has just been awarded THREE STARS at the Great Taste Awards Guild of Fine Food for the second year in a row!!

For anyone who doesn’t know, Great Taste is the biggest and most trusted food awards in the world, every jar blind tasted, no label, no name, nothing but the jam on a spoon. Fewer than 2 in every 100 entries ever get three stars, so to do it back to back has us absolutely speechless 😭❤️

Made by hand, in small batches, the exact same way since 1988. Nothing’s changed about how we make it , except maybe how proud we are standing over that pot these days.

Thank you to every single one of you who has us on your shelf, your toast, or in your kitchen press. This one’s for you too 💛
