I’m incredibly proud to share that I’m a finalist in the Best Start-up / New Business category at the South Dublin County Business Awards 2026, sponsored by ACE Enterprise Park🏆
A little over a year ago, I made my very first box of floral cupcakes. I always knew Full Bloom Bakehouse was something special to me, and from the beginning I had a vision for what it could become.
Since then, so much has happened. Six months later, in March 2026, I appeared on Ireland AM. I sponsored my first event at Trinity College Dublin: II Sympozjum Polek w Irlandii. I was also selected for the Food Academy Programme 2026–2027, a partnership between the Local Enterprise Office, SuperValu and Bord Bia.
I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come. That doesn’t mean the journey has always been easy, or that it always will be. There have been moments of doubt, quieter periods with fewer orders, and busy spells when the orders come all at once. I’m learning as I go and keep moving forward.
And as cliché as it may sound, it’s true: I wouldn’t be where I am today without your support. Every order, recommendation, kind message and word of encouragement has meant so much to me. Thank you for being here and being part of my journey.
