Make marshmallow memories together in our magical marshmallow kitchen!

This is an interactive private workshop where you'll develop and produce your very own marshmallows and fabulous rocky road creations to take home. 

who it's for:

This workshop will last 1hr and 20 minutes and is suitable for families of friend groups and designed for at least 4 participants* and it's suitable for both children (aged 6 plus) and adults.

what to expect:

When you visit our marshmallow kitchen you'll taste a selection of our handmade marshmallows. 

We'll show you how to make marshmallows and give you a pantry of ingredients and natural flavours so we can create together your very own unique marshmallows. 

You'll be able to take a tray of your one of a kind marshmallow home!

We'll also show you how to make rocky roads. Each member of the group will also get to make rocky road with their own selection of ingredients and our Belgian chocolate.  

This is a private experience- when you book you'll have Mallow mia exclusively for your group.

What you need to do:

Please let us know when booking of any food allergies.  

You'll be visiting our food production kitchen so ask you to wear comfortable flat shoes. We'll provide the aprons and hair nets!

Come and make your own marshmallows, rocky roads, chocolate truffles and other chocolate treats with us in our marshmallow kitchen in the beautiful Donegal countryside.

If you're looking for something memorable and creative to do to for a birthday, hen party, corporate team get-away, family day out, tour group or school group - we'll have something to suit everyone. 

We've private pre-bookable experiences which you can organise at any time of the year via the online booking enquiry form.

We also have regular postings on our social media for our open scheduled sessions where a mixed groups can attend. 

Our workshop is on Donegal's Wild Atlantic Way, 15 minutes from Letterkenny & Derry City.

Two generous bags of pillowy marshmallows, skewers, reusable burner and instructions. Perfect for cosy nights in, family fun or picnic desserts.

Each beautiful gift box contains:
*Two 100g treat bags of Mallow Mia marshmallows in your choice of flavours.
* 2 hour reusable marshmallow table top burner;
* 6 bamboo skewers &
* a full set of instructions.

Delivery: I make the fresh marshmallows every week and aim to have your order dispatched within 3 working days.

 

You can order for a specific delivery date or include a gift message by including this in the comments section at checkout.

 

Storage: keep sealed, cool and out of direct sunlight.

 

The marshmallows are dispatched with at least a 2 month shelf life. 

 

They're also suitable for freezing and defrost within 5 minutes at room temperature.

Not suitable for vegetarians. 

Important information:

The Mallow Mia table top burner contains non-toxic chafing gel and lasts 2 hours. It can be extinguished and re-lit to use later. It's important to follow the safety instructions contained in the kit.

What to expect:

When you visit our marshmallow kitchen you'll taste a selection of our handmade marshmallows. 

Each member of the group will make rocky road with their own selection of marshmallows and other ingredients, combined their own choice of Belgian chocolate.  

This is a private experience- when you book you'll have Mallow mia exclusively for your group.

Duration:

1hour, and approx 1hr 30 for groups of 15-25
