I’m fond of old Irish sayings and blessings, this one I particularly love.
The meaning which I’m sure you have guessed already, is to stay true to yourself and row your own boat. In a world that’s continuously changing and evolving it’s important to stay focused on yourself and not get derailed.
Im particularly fond of sayings like these as they remind me so much of home. Growing up in Ireland, there wasn’t a day that went by that a parent wouldn’t remind you of one……

I’m Laura and I live in Portmarnock in Dublin Ireland, I started this business a couple of years ago with my sis we are story tellers lovers of Irish folklore and love to tell stories through our jewellery brand.

The Journey collection is my story about coming home to Ireland. We all have that special someone who anchors us. My gold anchor is a dedication to my mother and the love and support she gave me. I grew up in a small town in Ireland and my mother was always there for me. She was my anchor. When I left home to pursue my dreams, she was always supportive. Even when I was struggling, she never gave up on me. I know that it is because of her that I am where I am today. I am so grateful to have her in my life. .hayestotalhealthpharmacy 🍀
