Community Networking Event 📝👏

One of our colleagues Sinead who is the Craft Shop Administrator for our shop attended an event for us to get loads of inspiration for our shop, tourist centre and farmers market.

She got great ideas and met loads of different businesses that she can work with along her journey with her fantastic work colleagues.

She met with the lovely Gareth Scahill who is a senator for Co. Roscommon and Boyle. He also has great ideas for doing well for the towns.

Unlock your inner maker this June for Cruinniú na nÓg 2026! 🧶✨

We are thrilled to host a Crochet Creativity Workshop led by the talented local artist Laura Kate Crochet. This is a hands-on opportunity for young creators to dive into the world of crochet, learn new skills, and bring home their very own handmade treasures.

Workshop Details
• Workshop 1 (9–13 yrs):

Learn the fundamentals of crochet and craft your very own adorable octopus!

• Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Workshop 2 (13–17 yrs):

Level up your design skills and create a trendy mushroom keyring.

• Time: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

• Date: June 6th, 2026
