Each year we love to see new businesses join our market and go on to greater things. This year, we seem to have a lot of applications from Community Groups and also lots of TY Students with their start up projects.
We are offering a 10% discount to encourage and help out.

I know it's only mid September- but, we are already full, and almost full on several of our dates. Definitely not trying to panic any vendors, and we will always try to accommodate, but ... come back to us if you are still checking your calendar.

It's going to be a super market this year! A wonderful selection of Artisan Products.

📣 We are delighted to announce that Sligo Christmas Market will return to Quayside Shopping Centre for the festive season from November 27th 2026 welcoming an array of wonderful businesses to our centre ❤️🎉
📍 New Pop up location in the previous Monsoon and Accessorize units on the Mall , Quayside

⏰ Secure your space . Dates available 7 days per week from Nov 27th to Dec 23rd 2026

‼️The team already have limited space for vendors to join on the weekends of 11/12/13 December & 18/19/20 December.
The dates of 21/22/23 December are also filling up quickly!

Don’t delay there is still openings to join the market as a full time or Part time vendor on any dates between 27th November straight through until 23rd December.

The market will open 7 days a week 🎄

Just letting vendors know that we have very limited space left on the weekends of 11/12/13 December & 18/19/20 December. Also 21/22/23 are filling fast.
All of our big permanent stands filled within days, but we can still accommodate full time vendors on any dates between 27th November straight through until 23rd December.
Because we open 7 days a week, there are still plenty of spaces available- but obviously premium dates fill quicker.

There appears to be some sort of frenzy very early this year, not just sure what's driving that, but in all of our years, we have not had the huge volume of applications this early.

We returned to the mezzanine on 28th of November and traded every single day until this evening.
A huge thank you to each person that came to support us, spread the word and of course spend on the stands.
We believe that markets in general are all down this year, so we truly value that so many chose to show their support, and hope that before you 'add to cart' that you just think about shopping locally and from small independent businesses
Thank you to the Vendors that make the market buzz, the for facilitating us, but most of all to YOU!

Sligo folk, we are absolutely blown away by your amazing generosity!
It's fair to say that we collected so much more than we could have imagined
The reactions to our 'giving tree' were visible on more than 1 occasion. We saw the tears, the sharp intake of breath, and the moments of realising that each tag represented an actual child in Sligo. Rest assured that your selflessness made it possible for some families to celebrate with gift for their little ones this Christmas. Thank you 🙏🎄💥
