Have you seen the Bounty Board yet? 👀

This is a new idea, where we offer shop credit in exchange for some very specific books. If you have some of these lying around at home, we would be delighted to exchange them with you!

The board will be updated weekly (although some items will carry over), and you can see the latest here on social media, on the website, or just by popping into the shop itself.

It's a mixture of very broad requests (this week we will take any manga) or very specific individual books, but feel free to contact us with any queries!

Check the new Bounty Board page on the website for the T&C, and also check out the "Book Grading" page for guidelines of what we can and can't accept (both under "About" on the main menu). Thank you all! 🙏😊📚

A new shop in a new location calls for new opening hours!

Do you wish you could drop in to your favourite bookshop on your way home after work? Or do you want to pick up a classic on your way to the pub? Little Lane Bookshop has you covered, as we are open 11:00 - 19:00 Wednesday to Saturday, and 12:00 - 16:00 Sundays for a lazy afternoon browse. 📚😊

This Friday 18th of September is Culture Night! To celebrate, Little Lane Bookshop will be hosting an Open Mic organised by the wonderful people at between 19:00 - 21:00! Including everything from memoirs of local characters to a First Edition of P.M. Egan's exceptional History, Guide, and Directory of the County and City of Waterford, dating all the way back to 1894! ❤️📚

Now that the dust has finally settled, we would like to take a quick moment to thank everyone for coming along to the "Grand" Opening of Little Lane Bookshop on Sunday! We are completely overwhelmed by your kind words and support, all of you made this a very special day! 🫶😊 These excellent photos were taken by 📷

Normal service resumes tomorrow morning Wednesday, the shop will be open from 11:00-19:00 and online shopping is always available. Thank you everyone! 📚📚

Thank you all who have supported Little Lane Bookshop over the previous two years! The bookshop will be temporarily closed from today 14th June while we move and prepare your new, bigger, better bookshop in O'Connell Street. The website will also be offline during this period, but you can contact us using any of the usual methods.
