Maxim Costic is a chocolatier who created Earth Food in Wexford in 2021. Maxim’s goal is to bring healthy indulgence into the world of chocolate. At Earth Food all of the ingredients are selected for their rich nutritional benefits. The chocolate truffles and treats are luxurious while boosting your wellbeing. The chocolate is made from organic Peruvian, whole roasted cacao. This untainted superfood is the essence of the product range. The conching and tempering process of this wonderful ingredient creates Earth Food’s smooth and intense dark chocolate (100% cocoa). This is combined with nutrient-dense ingredients such as nuts, seeds and dried fruits. The products are vegan and do not include any additives, preservatives, dairy or wheat.
Maxim is an advocate of fitness and healthy eating. His father worked as an engineer in Bucaria Chocolate in Chișinău, Moldova for many years and often took their confectionary home for them to enjoy. Maxim’s passion for food and goal to stay healthy inspired him to make wholesome treats for his own family. He went on to learn and develop the skills to become a Chocolatier. Thereafter Earth Food was born.
