Spectrum Art & Framing was established in 1984 on the main shopping thoroughfare in Wexford Town. Located in the ancient Selskar ward of the town, the impressive ruin of medieval Selskar Abbey and the Westgate Tower are only a block away. In the 17th and 18th centuries, the ships of Wexford harbour were loaded up with cargo bound for foreign ports from here. Today, Selskar is part of the town's cu
