2018 is ending and the year set is now available.
it is also available in the postal service year book.

2017 is ending and the year set is now available.
this year the Israel postal service decided to correct its mistake from last year and they issued a year book with all the stamps & s/sheets issued in 2017.
for those of you interested i offer a complete year set with or without the tear book as well as a complete fdc year set.

most collectors of Israel stamps tend to collect the stamps with tabs in mnh condition.
i would like to point out that while the mnh stamps make a nice collection there is another option - collecting these stamps with tabs but with 1st day post mark.
the used stamps with 1st day post mark in most cases are taken off from 1st day covers, but the postal service does offer ( and has done so for many years ) mnh stamp with post marks. the postal service offerings will in most cases have stamps with tabs and a corner salvage so you can see the full post mark on the stamp.
let me make the following points:
1. stamps taken off 1st day covers do not get tropical spots on
them and do not need special protection.
2. from point of view of rarity these sets are rarer the the mnh
ones. simply because you just do not see them being offered
for sale.

it comes in a folder and includes the 2 fdc's of the stamps issued.

another year is ending and the year set of 2016 is now available. for those of you who are interested i have for sale the mint set with tabs. the set includes the s/sheets. this year the Israel postal service has ended its practice of issuing a yearly album. you can see the scans attached.
