רשת חנויות בגדים יד-שנייה, שיממונו ברשות עצמה, ושתתופעל בידי אנשים עם מוגבלויות. העובדים יעבדו תחת תכנית שיקום אישית כדי שיוכלו למצות את מיטב יכולתם, ויקנו כלי תעסוקה משמעותיים במטרה שיוכלו להשתלב בשוק העבודה התחרותי. Second hand clothing stores which are serviced by people with disabilities who are being trained and empowered to integrate back into the competitive workplace.
