Rivka Stern-Sender Designs All pieces are made by Rivka Stern-Sender Hi…..My name is Rivka Stern-Sender. I even got a diploma that enables me to teach arts and crafts.

I studied at Shenkar fashion and textile design College and graduated with a BA in textile design. All my life I have loved making things and especially making gifts for family and friends. I sewed clothes for my children when they were younger, learned to make ceramic utensils, sculptured in clay, learned to make glass lamp-work beads, learned beaded jewelry, took a class in mosaics and learned t

o paint on glass and porcelain. My latest joy is fusing glass, making not only jewelry, but glass plates, dishes and anything glass. I now have my own digitally controlled kiln, where I anneal all my lamp-work beads, fuse glass and bake clay. My new favorite saying is "CREATE ART EVERY DAY".
