These w**es begins with a personal journey..
 
It starts with the will to find creativity in w**emaking, and ends as an anthropological experience to find the most interesting local grapes in the best w**e areas.

1. הסירה האורגנית 2019 - מורכב מ-100% ענבי סירה אורגניים ונעשה ללא התערבות טכנולוגית, מלבד שמירת הטמפרטורה המתאימה לכל שמר במהלך התסיסה. הענבים נבצרים מוקדם בכדי להשיג חומציות טבעית גבוהה להדגשת הארומות והטעמים הייחודיים.
כחלק מפילוסופיית אי התערבות היין התיישן שנה בחבית עץ ישנות ומאופיין בארומטיות של שוקולד,דובדבנים ומעט ריח מעושן.

2. המלבק 2020 - מכרם 9 שבכפר קיש, גדל בתנאים אורגניים, נעשה ללא התערבות טכנולוגית, מלבד שמירת הטמפרטורה המתאימה לכל שמר במהלך התסיסה. הענבים נבצרים מוקדם בכדי להשיג חומציות טבעית גבוהה להדגשת הארומות והטעמים הייחודיים.
כחלק מפילוסופיית אי התערבות היין התיישן שנה בחבית עץ ישנות ומאופיין בארומטיות של ונילית אדמתית, ומעט פטל אדום.

3. Bricco Rosso 2018 - is an Italian blend of Albarossa, an intersection of Barbera and Nebbiolo, and Brachetto, an aromatic variety with a strong and unique rose aroma.
Both are from the Vines of the Viotti Vini in Castel Rocchero, Asti, Piemonte.

4. Roza 2019 - Rosé from Portugal. A blend of Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It is Fruity and Floral, and mostly tastly and approachable.
The grapes are coming and produced within the vines of the Rocha family in Alentejo.

5. Moscato d'asti 2020 - grapes come from the vineyards of the Viotti family in Castel Rocchero, Asti, Piemonte. with a great curation of their amazing grapes.
A very aromatic white, yet, a sweet sparkling for your enjoyment.
